  • Enquiry & contact forms — name, email address, phone number, and any message details when you enquire about a caravan, RV, boat, ATV, or other product via our website pop‑up enquiry forms or the available stock catalogue.
  • Purchases & quotes — billing and delivery details, purchase history, and finance/insurance information you choose to share when buying a vehicle, vessel, or parts through us.
  • Service & workshop bookings — contact details, vehicle/vessel identifiers, and service history.
  • Newsletter sign‑up — email address (and name, if provided).
  • Account creation — if you create an account on our site, your name, email, and order history.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data — pages visited, time on site, referring site, device and browser type, and approximate location (via IP address), collected through Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.

  • Manufacturers & suppliers — Cub Caravans, Off Road Grit RV, Polaris, Honda Marine, and Gripsport, where required for warranty registration, servicing, or order fulfilment.
  • Finance & insurance partners — only if you choose to apply for finance or insurance through us, and only with your consent.
  • Delivery & freight providers — to arrange delivery of vehicles, vessels, or parts.
  • Google — Analytics and Ads, for site analytics and advertising as described in our Cookie Preferences page.
  • Regulatory bodies — where required by law (e.g. Waka Kotahi NZTA registration, consumer protection authorities).

We don’t transfer your personal information overseas except where a service provider above (such as Google) stores or processes data outside New Zealand as part of their standard global infrastructure.

Your information is stored on secure, access‑controlled systems including our website host, WooCommerce store database, and CRM. We limit access to staff who need it to do their jobs, and we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect it from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.

We keep personal information only as long as it’s needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law (for example, financial and warranty records are typically retained for at least 7 years to meet tax and consumer guarantee obligations). Enquiry details from general browsing that don’t lead to a sale are generally deleted after 24 months of inactivity.

  • Correct any information that’s inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.
